You can choose from beachfront properties (minimum 10 feet above sea level) to vista properties (elevationsup to 70 feet); without exception, all Serenity’s properties directly overlook one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the Bahamas. The exquisite dunes of Sea Oats and Bay Geranium cover this part of Abaco. This bay and the ocean beyond present a mesmerizing vista across which blows a continual and refreshing breeze. Vista properties are favored with a view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Marls, an extensive stretch of bonefishing waters on the western side of Abaco.

A comfortable, sheltered enclave, Serenity Beach is an ultra-lux beach community with wide, safe pathways for walking children and dogs and optimally-maintained, well-lit roadways for cycling, golf carts, and cars. All properties are serviced by underground fiber-optic lines are delivering internet, cable, and live surveillance security systems (accessed in-home or remotely). The entire development is connected to backup generators.
